a motivated Clinic OT/PT Manager to lead our growing team as we
work wonders in children’s lives. This person will be an
integral part of TherapyWorks management and help shape the
future of our outpatient pediatric clinic. Responsibilities
include supervising a staff of physical and occupational
therapists and assistants, mentoring new graduates and students
as well treating patients on a lightened caseload.
The
successful candidate will be either a PT or OT with 5 years
experience in pediatrics and/or management.

Responsibilities/Requirements:
Help children with Autism
Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, sensory processing, torticollis, brachial
plexus injuries, fine motor skills, handwriting and many other
conditions. Responsibilities
include completing evaluations, writing goals, communicating with
clients and treating children to help them achieve their full
potential. The successful candidate will also serve in a leadership
role and mentor OT students and new graduates.
Ideal candidate should have 3-5 years experience with at
least 1-2 years in pediatrics.
Experience with Floortime™, sensory processing and autism OR
torticollis and brachial plexus injuries preferred.
Will consider new graduates who have
completed pediatric clinical rotations.
